Edinson Argote's meticulous work at Quebraditas continues to inspire us. This pineapple co-ferment reveals the depth of knowledge that defines his approach - a coffee where precise processing and exceptional cherry selection converge to create something truly distinctive.
The current drop of Pineapple Cake has sold out, but luckily for all of us, Edinson has agreed to produce this delicious coffee just for Apricity. So that means we'll see a re-stock in October and there'll be a lot more of it next time around. Keep your eyes peeled on socials and emails for updates.
