Watermelon Slice comes from a network of small producers across Huila, Tolima, and Caldas, with cherries brought to the infamous El Vergel Estate for meticulous processing. Forest Coffee’s team - led by siblings Martha, Shady, and Elias - have spent years building direct relationships with growers and pushing Colombian coffee forward through advancements in experimentation and education.

This lot blends Caturra and Colombia varieties, beginning with a 48‑hour anaerobic pre‑fermentation before a five‑day co‑ferment with yeast and watermelon, creating a profile that’s bright, playful, and iconically modern.

This is the result of a community of 250 farming families and a processing team obsessed with unlocking flavour while ensuring transparency and fair value throughout the chain.
