Step 1
Place your V60 dripper on your cup or server and insert a paper filter. Rinse thoroughly with hot water to remove any papery taste and warm your equipment. Discard the rinse water.
Step 2
Add 15g of ground coffee (medium grind) to the filter. Gently shake to level the bed. Start your timer and pour 30g of hot water, allowing the coffee to bloom for 30–45 seconds.
Step 3
Continue pouring in slow, controlled circles up to 150g of water, keeping the flow steady and even to ensure balanced extraction. Pour the remaining water to reach 250g total, maintaining a consistent pour and avoiding the edges of the filter.
Step 4
Allow the coffee to fully draw down. The total brew time should be around 2:30–3 minutes. Remove the dripper, give the cup a gentle swirl, and serve.
